Performance Assurance Monitoring and Alerting

To fully realize the performance potential of your systems we monitor dozens of industry standard performance metrics utilizing agentless technology. Custom metrics and alerts are designed with your system in mind and tailored to meet your specific needs. Our monitoring templates are deployed and a baseline performance observation is made over time. Customized email alerts are created when specified conditional thresholds are exceeded. Within seconds of an event or alert condition an email notification is generated that is descriptive and actionable. Performance measurements are tracked and stored for historical analysis.  Near real time performance monitoring can be included in your agreement.

Each server can also have its own Performance Dashboard and shows performance data and alert status for each server, so it's easy to spot and zero-in on performance issues. Each database has a dashboard too. The monitoring solution has a fully web-based UI. You can also access it from mobile devices or desktop machines to investigate SQL Server performance problems wherever you are.

One of our most popular Monitor Reports is that of the AX Transactions by Functional Area. You can see the performance improvement over time based on AX user or Functional Area.

Accelerate your database performance by 20% to 80%

The database lies at the heart of today’s ERP systems. Database performance can have a dramatic impact on operational efficiency, customer experience, and ultimately your bottom line. Even slight gains in application performance typically have an immediate return on investment. In most cases, using our advanced yet highly streamlined performance optimization techniques, we have been able to dramatically increase the performance of databases. What is dramatic? The typical improvement is 20-80%. What’s also notable is that such gains are usually the result of a few targeted application code and schema optimizations rather than significant architectural changes.
