Our SQL Server and Dynamics AX Health Check is a comprehensive review of your Microsoft Dynamics AX / SQL Server environment. The Health Check service provides you with a detailed analysis of overall system health, including the Microsoft Dynamics application servers and the Microsoft SQL Server database configuration. We also review the hardware, infrastructure, and application configuration to determine potential risk areas. The Health Check service provides an Executive Scorecard with recommendations that cover each reviewed component of the Microsoft Dynamics implementation. Targeted technical solutions and best practice methods for your IT staff round out the Health Check.

The Health Check is a “point-in-time” snapshot of your deployment and is designed to uncover performance and application configuration risks, saving valuable time and money in the future. Poor performing sql statements, indexes, and disk i/o pattern analysis is included in your Health Check.

The Health Check can be scheduled at any time either during implementation or post go-live.  However, it can be most effective when users are actively using the environment so actual performance data can be gathered based on real-world usage.  It can also be very helpful prior to a busy cycle in your business to determine how much overhead you have left in your current hardware, infrastructure, or SQL Server.

When the Health Check Report and Executive Scorecard is delivered we take the time to discuss the findings with you and your staff.
